FORMULATION:

Each gram contains:

Amoxicillin Trihydrate………150 mg

Tylosin Phosephate…….….100 mg

Paracetamol ……………….…..5 mg

INDICATION:

Prevention of infections, treatment of CRD, Pullorum, Coryza, swollen head syndrome, bumble foot and other bacterial infection that caused by organism sensitive to Amoxicillin and Tylosin.

DOSAGE:

For chicks of 1 day to 5 months old

ADMINISTRATION:

-PREVENTION-

5 grams (1 pack) per gallon of drinking water for 3-5 days 

-TREATMENT-

10 grams (2 packs) per gallon of drinking water for 5-7 days
